Do I need to point out, for those who think this is actually an issue on the table... that there is no hope of this EVER happening?

Faer, your rage is an inspiration to me by the way. But it lacks substance... where's the conspiracy? Surely you can attach some Guild Wars fable or rumor of why we even have a Campfire section to this can't you? Or a declaration of some war between alliances that I allow to run and overpower any newbs who dare to post in this section. Perhaps even a threat of blackmail of some long forgotten conversation I had with a guild whom I contracted specifically to run Campfire into the ground. Tsk tsk, you're losing your touch!

Has anyone who oppossed this thread even been to the Campfire? Is it cool if I start linking to the BS? Show everyone how ridiculous it has gotten?

Also, on that undertone, there has been an "allowance" of flaming new people, and there has been preferential treatment of err... established guilds in this forum. I think of the numerous posts I get deleted in a thread and watch "some" people get away with impunity. However, that is a different issue.

The issue at hand is Campfire, whether you choose to like someone or not is your own prerogative. However, Campfire sucks and is rarely helpful. It is bloated and pitiful.

If you have issues with moderation, talk to the Moderator that you have a problem with or talk to the admin, you do not need to bring these issues to the forums themselves specially to this section.

If you really hate what the campfire is now, come up with a good plan and submit it to the admin. This petition really solves nothing but make spam and trolling posts.

So unless Inde herself tells me to reopen, this will stay closed. As it has already been said that the campfire will not be removed at this time there is really no need for this thread anymore.

If you have a good reason why this should stay open, you know where my PM box is.
